Hi, I’m Nada

I work with women who long for a deeper relationship with themselves in their bodies, their hearts, and their sexuality.

My work is rooted in embodiment, nervous system safety, and intimacy. It’s for women who are ready to move beyond understanding and into lived, embodied experience.

I’m trained through the VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching Certification, which is a 600-hour embodied training grounded in nervous system work, relational depth, and a vital and integrated tantric approach.

This training allows me to work with both safety and expansion — supporting women in rebuilding trust in their bodies, and guiding those who wish to deepen embodiment of intimacy and sexuality as lived practice.

My approach is somatic, relational, and slow, and we work at the pace the body can follow.

My Approach

I don’t believe there is anything wrong with you.

What we often call distance, control, or self-protection is usually an intelligent response - a way the body learned to stay safe in love, intimacy, or connection.

In my work, these patterns are met with respect, not resistance. We don’t push the body to open. We listen to what it needs in order to soften, trust, and feel again.

This creates the foundation for both healing and expansion.

I am devoted to creating the conditions where trust, intimacy, and embodied pleasure can unfold naturally, and in their own time.

This work is not about becoming someone else. It’s about coming home.

My story

My own path into this work began with a sense of disconnection — from my body, my pleasure, and my deeper truth.

From the outside, I appeared strong, capable, and self-aware. Inside, I was holding a lot. My body had learned to brace, to manage, to stay in control — even in intimacy.

Coming home to myself was not a mindset shift.
It happened slowly, through the body.

Through breath, sensation, relational presence, and learning how to receive — not only love, but also pleasure, support, and softness.

That journey changed how I relate, how I love, and how I live.
And it shaped how I now hold space for others.

Sexuality is a natural part of my work.

Not as something to perform, achieve, or fix but as a vital life force that responds to safety, presence, and trust.

For some women, this work is about healing patterns and restoring connection.

For others, it’s about deepening an already alive relationship to sexuality - exploring intimacy, pleasure, and erotic energy as a conscious and sacred path.

Both are welcome here.
